Boiler Installation & Replacement
Gas, oil and LPG. We'll tell you honestly whether your old boiler has another winter left in it, or whether replacing it is the cheaper move.
Written quote before we start, including any pipework changes.
Boiler Servicing & Repairs
An annual service keeps your manufacturer's warranty valid and catches worn parts before they fail — usually in January, when it's least convenient. Takes about an hour.
Plumbing & Leaks
Leaks, burst pipes, blocked drains, taps, toilets, radiators, outside taps and appliance connections. No job too small — if it's a fifteen-minute fix, we'll say so.
Air Source Heat Pumps
MCS certified installation, which is what the Home Energy Scotland grant of up to £7,500 requires. We'll check whether your home is suitable before you commit to anything.
Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12)
Annual gas safety inspection and certificate, required by law for every let property with gas appliances. If you have several properties, we can do them in one visit.
Central Heating Installation
Full heating systems for new builds, extensions and property upgrades — boiler, pipework, radiators and controls, designed as one system rather than parts bolted together.
Bathroom Installation
Full bathroom fits, shower replacements and en-suites, including tiling, plumbing and waste. We'll work to your design or help you plan one that fits the space.
Heat Pump Servicing
Heat pumps need an annual service, much like a boiler. Filters clog and efficiency drops off quietly — usually noticed first on the electricity bill. We service any make, whoever installed it.
