Boiler service — annual service and safety check, keeps your warranty valid
Landlord Gas Safety Check (CP12) — certificate issued on the day
CP12 for more than one appliance — price confirmed on the call.
Boiler repair — we'll tell you if it's worth fixing or replacing
Central heating check — radiators, pressure, thermostats
Radiator installation or repair
New boiler — free visit first, written quote before anything starts
Heat pump — free home check, we'll say honestly if it suits your house
Emergency call-out — boiler down, leak you can't stop

Prices above apply within 30 minutes of Peterhead. Beyond that: 30 to 45 minutes adds £20, 45 to 60 minutes adds £40, and over an hour we'll quote before we set off.
We cover the whole of Aberdeenshire.
How booking works
Ring and tell us what's wrong. We'll agree a date and a time slot — not a four-hour window.
For repairs, send a photo on WhatsApp before we set off. Seeing the boiler often tells us what part to bring, which saves a second visit.
Anything over an hour's work gets a written quote before we start. No surprises at the end.
